Secondly, the author studies on the operation mechanism of official documents of Linxiang county.Cao(曹)(secretarial departments)is responsible for document production and operation, whilst menxia(门下)(the secretary institution of the county head)should be the unified sender of official documents. This is the source of the documentary operating mechanism of the Six Dynasties

Thirdly, the scattered bamboo and wooden slips contains information on a judicial case that an office worker Xu Di(许迪)stole a large number of rice belonging to the local authorities. The author attempts to reveal the judicial procedure of this case and thereupon, discuss a county's daily judicial affairs and their operation.
