4.3　Intelligent Integration System

4.3.1　The function of intelligent integration system shall meet the following requirements：

1　Shall aim at realizing green building and meet the application demands of business function，real property operation and management mode of building；

2　Shall adopt the architecture form of intelligent information resources sharing and coordinated operation；

3　Shall be provided with practical，standardized and efficient supervising function；

4　Should adapt to the extension and enhancement of information comprehensive application function.

4.3.2　The construction of intelligent integration system shall meet the following requirements：

1　The system shall cover intelligent information integration（platform）system and integration information application system；

2　The intelligent information integration（platform）system should include operating system，database，integration system platform application program，each intelligent facility system incorporated into integration management and various information communication interface interrelated with integration，etc.；

3　Integration information application system should be composed of basic function module of general business and operation function module of professional business；

4　Should be provided with supporting capacity of overall platform such as virtualization，distributed application，unified security management，etc.；

5　Should comply with the development of information interaction diversification and new application like Internet of Things，cloud computing，big data，smart city，etc.

4.3.3　Communication interconnection of intelligent integration system shall meet the following requirements：

1　Shall be provided with support capability of standardized communication mode and information interaction；

2　Shall comply with the requirements of international general interface，agreement and relevant current national standards.

4.3.4　The configuration of intelligent integration system shall meet the following requirements：

1　Shall adapt to the development direction of technology of standardized information integration platform；

2　Shall form the support capability of relevant intelligent information collection，data communication and analysis processing，etc.；

3　Should meet the requirements for analysis and visual presentation of intelligent real-time information and historical data；

4　Should meet the extension needs of remote and mobile application；

5　Shall comply with standardized management mode and specialized business operation procedure；

6　Shall be provided with security，availability，maintainability and expandability.
