1　Scope

This Specification covers the design requirements for heating，ventilation and air conditioning（HVAC），fire protection and explosion protection of buildings in petrochemical industry.

This Specification is applicable to the design for HVAC systems of production buildings and auxiliary buildings in grassroots，expansion and revamp petrochemical plants.
