1　General Principles

1.0.1　This specification was formulated for the purpose of strengthening the construction management of I﹠C device，standardizing the construction technology and further improving the project quality.

1.0.2　This Part is applicable to the construction of I ﹠C devices for the constructed，extended or renovated 1000MW or below thermal power generation，combustion engine，biomass electric power generation，garbage power generation and nuclear power conventional island projects.

1.0.3　In addition to the provisions of this Part，the construction of I﹠C device shall still comply with those in the current relevant standards of the nation.
