6.6　Mould Oscillation

6.6.1　The billet caster shall adopt the hydraulically or electrically driven four-bar linkage arc simulating oscillation unit or can use half-leaf spring guided short-arm four-bar linkage arc simulating oscillation unit.

6.6.2　The slab，beam blank，large section square or round bloom caster can use hydraulic oscillation unit and the guiding steel plate is preferably used for guiding.

6.6.3　The adjustment of oscillation frequency can use the hydraulic or electric servo mechanism or AC VVVF unit.The range of oscillation frequency is 30times/min-400times/min.

6.6.4　The adjustable amplitude of oscillation unit shall be designed，and the range of amplitude adjustment is±1 mm-±7mm.

6.6.5　When hydraulic oscillation unit adopts the non-sinusoidal wave，the inclination rate shall be less than 40%.
