3.2　Equipment Foundation

Ⅰ　Dominant Items

3.2.1　The strength of equipment foundation shall conform to the requirements of the design technical document.Quantity to be checked:100%.Inspection method:inspect the data for foundation handover.

3.2.2　Before the equipment is in place，the arrangement of center label board and elevation benchmark shall be prepared in accordance with the construction drawing and surveying control network；the center label board and elevation benchmark shall be set according to the above arrangement，and finally the shaft plumbing shall be performed.Permanent center label board and elevation benchmark shall be buried for main equipment and continuous production line.

Inspection method:Check the list of surveying results and carry out survey.

Ⅱ　General Items

3.2.3　The axis position，elevation and dimension of equipment foundation and the location of foundation bolt shall conform to related requirements of the design technical document or those of current national standard of General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering（GB 50231）.

Inspection method:Check the re-inspection record.

3.2.4　The greasy dirt，broken stones，soil and water shall be removed from the surface of equipment foundation and the prepared holes for foundation bolts，and the embedded thread and nuts of foundation bolts shall be well protected.
