3.3　Foundation Bolt

Ⅰ　Dominant Items

3.3.1　The specifications and fastening of foundation bolts shall comply with the requirements of the design technical document.

Quantity to be checked:Randomly check 20%（not less than four pieces）.

Inspection method:Check the quality certification，measure by a ruler，check the fastening record and check them via hammering nuts.

Ⅱ　General Items

3.3.2　The oil stain and scale on foundation bolts shall be cleaned up and the thread of them shall be properly applied with grease.

Quantity to be checked:100%.

Inspection method:Observe.

3.3.3　The foundation bolts to be installed in the prepared holes shall be set vertically，and any part of them shall be more than 15mm away from the wall of the corresponding holes and keep clear of the bottom of the corresponding holes.
