9.8 Electrode Lifting Mechanism and Electrode Clamping Mechanism
Ⅰ Dominant Items
9.8.1 The hydrostatic test and flushing test of the water cooling system for the electrode clamp head shall conform to the requirement of Article 9.6.5 of the Code.
9.8.2 The insulation pad for connecting electrode mast bracket and horn as well as the tightening force for connecting bolts shall comply with the requirement of the design technical document.

Inspection method:Observe，check with a torque wrench，and check the tightening record.
Ⅱ General Items
9.8.3 The allowable deviation for installation of electrode lifting mechanism and clamping mechanism shall comply with the requirements in Table 9.8.3（see Figure 9.8.3）.
