第4章 Forms Of The Earth And Dust

Change and decay,

Besets all that's earth and dust and clay,

And mock the glories of men's days;

For the worne and cracked and less needed,

Are crushed,wetted and kneaded,

And formed anew as is truly needed

Hence all that's new are formed of the old;

The old as largely untold,

And concealed in the treatment of pressure,heat and cold

尘与土的形状

变化着，衰退着

那包围着万物的，是尘、土与泥

还嘲笑着人类的昔日辉煌

那些损毁的、开裂的以及不再被需要的事物

都被碾碎、浸透和揉捏着

重新被塑造成真正被需要的事物

因此，所有新事物都由旧事物所构成

那古老的一切大多不再被提起

并在压力、炽热与严寒之下隐匿于无形
