Patient may need to know about the different departments and categories of professionals working in the hospital.Being a member of the medical staff，we must be familiar with the organization structure，function，medical staff，and management of a hospital.In this part，we will focus on the process of admitting patients into the unit.A nurse should be able to deal with the irrational use of medications and some common disorders，such as acute interstitial nephritis （AIN）caused by side effects of certain drugs.
