5　Material and Pipeline Accessory Acceptance

5.1　General Provisions

5.1.1　For materials and pipeline accessories used for engineering，the quality of material，specifications and type shall be in compliance with design requirements and requirements of current relevant standard of the nation.Access acceptance shall be conducted before entering into construction site.Quality certificate，performance inspection report，application instructions，imported product commercial inspection report and certificate shall be complete.

5.1.2　Fabrication of cold bendings shall be in compliance with design requirements and regulations of current national standard Code for Construction of Industrial Metallic Piping Engineering GB 50235.
