3　Equipment Foundation，Anchor Bolt and Packer

3.1　General Requirements

3.1.1　Carry out the inspection and acceptance for the foundation before equipment installation.Those unaccepted and unqualified foundation shall not be used to install equipment.

3.1.2　The rolling mill main body equipment foundation settlement shall be observed and compiled into record.
