1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is formulated with a view to insure the management of rolling mill mechanical equipment engineering installation quality and unify the rolling mill mechanical equipment installation acceptance.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to installation acceptance of rolling mill mechanical equipment related to construction，extension and renovation.

1.0.3　For the acceptance of rolling mill mechanical equipment installation，not only the requirements stipulated in this code，but also those in the current relevant ones of the nation shall be complied with.
