4　Equipment and Materials

4.1　General Requirements

4.1.1　Equipment moving and shifting shall have protection measures.

4.1.2　Carry out open package inspection before equipment installation and compile inspection record.Properly keep the unpacked equipment and install them timely.

4.1.3　Materials shall be piled up neatly，adopting damage prevention measures.
