3.3 Equipment and System Erection
3.3.1 Equipment erection shall be performed in accordance with the following technical documents:
1 Manufacturer drawings and technical documents as listed in 3.1.2 of this part.
2 Design technical documents.
3 Construction plan and guide books of relevant specialties in construction organization design.
3.3.2 Engineering technical personnel and construction personnel shall understand and get familiar with manufacturer drawings,construction drawings and relevant technical documents,and technical explanation shall be done before the works.
3.3.3 The construction site for turbo-generator units shall be reasonably arranged according to the construction organization design,and shall comply with the following provisions:
1 The ground for temporary placing of equipment and materials shall meet the relevant loading requirements.
2 The ambient temperature of the work place should be kept above 5℃,and provisions against cold and freezing shall be made when the air temperature is below 0℃.
3 The supply capacity of water,power,lighting,compressed air,oxygen and acetylene shall meet the work demand.
4 The setup of safety and fire protection facilities and the use and storage of inflammable,explosive,corrosive materials and radiation source shall comply with relevant provisions.
5 Isolating facilities between capital construction and operation area shall have visible signs.
3.3.4 The use and management of weight lifting and transport machinery,in addition to the provisions in safety supervision of special equipment of the state and in"Cranes-safe use"GB/T 23723,"Cranes-inspection"GB/T 23724 and"Cranes service administration regulation"TSG Q5001,shall also comply with the following provisions:
1 The performance of cranes,such as lifting weight,traveling speed,lifting height and speed,and range of lifting mechanism and longitudinal and transversal traveling mechanism,shall meet the requirements for equipment erection.
2 For lifting of over limit equipment,special justification shall be conducted,and special plans shall be formulated for examination by supervisor and approval by owner before implementation.
3 When building structure will be used to lift heavy piece,structure strength check calculation shall be performed,and approval from relevant organization shall be obtained.
4 When lifting machinery or civil structural members are used to lift,hang or place equipments or materials,the lifting work must not be done if the weight of the object or the strength of the structural components is unknown,and it cannot be determined whether the lifting machinery or civil work structural components can withstand the load of the object.
3.3.5 In equipment erection,protection of buildings shall comply with the following provisions:
1 Structure of the building must not be changed or damaged without authorization,and any change shall be subject to approval by the design institute.
2 Unauthorized welding or cutting on important metal structure is prohibited,and when it is necessary to do so,measures must be formulated for examination and approval.
3 Hammering with heavy hammer on concrete structure of building,welding on inner rebar,cutting inner rebar or make opening on inner rebar after opening the protective layer are not allowed,and if necessary,measures must be formulated for examination and approval.
3.3.6 Cleaning of equipment and parts shall comply with the following provisions:
1 Sundries,oily dirt and rust inside the equipment shall be cleaned and the equipment shall be enclosed in time.
2 Rust on precise machined surface of equipment must not be removed with a shovel blade or file,and oil cleaning with flame is not allowed.
3 Moisture shall be removed in time from parts blown with steam.
4 Surface of journals and bearings must not be damaged or contaminated during cleaning.
5 Cleaned equipment and components shall be stored by category to prevent secondary contamination.
3.3.7 Construction of turbo-generator unit equipment shall comply with the following provisions:
1 The dismantling inspection,measurement and adjustment of equipment shall comply with the relevant requirements of manufacturer.
2 When equipment component is dismantled,marks shall be made and special tools used,and forced removal or fitting is not allowed.
3 Removed precision parts shall be placed respectively in dedicated boxes for parts,and parts must not be stacked and shall be watched by special personnel.
4 Before enclosing of equipment and systems,relevant work of I&C specialty shall have been completed,and be confirmed via inspection.
5 Equipment and components shall be welded according to relevant procedures and requirements on drawings.
3.3.8 For the hydrostatic test of equipment and pipes of turbo-generator units,in addition to the provisions in"The specification for erection and acceptance of electric power construction Part 5:Piping and systems"DL/T 5190.5,the connection of temporary systems shall be tight without leakage.After the hydrostatic test,remaining water shall be drained,the equipment shall be dried up and anti-corrosive provisions shall be taken.
3.3.9 Erection and inspection of concealed works shall comply with the following provisions:
1 Personnel entering the inside of equipment for cleaning and inspection shall wear clean dedicated working clothes without button and pocket,shoes shall have no iron nail in the sole and be wiped clean.
2 Equipment and piping shall be checked by designated personnel before enclosing,and signature and confirmation shall be made as specified after confirming there are no sundries inside.
3 Enclosing of equipment and piping shall be clear,secure and reliable,and it is not allowed to block openings with cotton yarn,rags or spitball.
4 Welding,drilling or unsealing of finally enclosed equipment or piping must not be done,and approval is required when it is necessary to do so.After completion of works,it shall be inspected again,and be enclosed again after confirming conformity with requirements.
3.3.10 During construction,proper construction technical records and acceptance signature shall be done and be sorted out in time.All variation of works shall be marked on the construction drawings.
3.3.11 Green works for equipment erection shall comply with the following provisions:
1 In ground plan layout,the process flow shall be optimized to shorten the transport distance.
2 Use of new technologies,processes,equipment and materials is advocated,and process technology with heavy pollution must not be used.
3 On the construction ground there shall be annular passages,both permanent and temporary,and less land shall be taken.
4 Materials for turnover shall be maintained periodically,and it is advocated to use construction equipment and machinery that can achieve energy conservation and environmental protection,and to increase utilization rate.
5 Materials should be brought into site according to work schedule,and be taken and used up with limit in a rational manner,to use up all materials when the work is completed and reduce waste.
6 Wastes produced during equipment erection shall be disposed of in a legal manner.
7 Temporary power lines shall be arranged in a reasonably and safely,and energy conservation lightings should be used.
8 Amount of water should be controlled in suppressing fugitive dust,and water for testing purpose should be recycled.
9 For on-site noise control,"Noise limits for boundary of construction site"GB 12523 shall be implemented.
10 Radioactive injury by radiation source shall be avoided in equipment erection,and light pollution of electrical welding shall be reduced.
