5　Mining Water Control

5.1　General Requirements

5.1.1　Design of water control at mine shall be in accordance with the survey report（containing hydrogeological part）reviewed and recorded by Ministry of Land and Resources of the PRC or the Land and Resources Office of Province，Autonomous Region or Municipality，or in accordance with the special hydrogeological survey report.And the above-mentioned hydrogeological survey information shall be reviewed in the design.

5.1.2　The design of water control at mine shall be based on Hydrological Manual of local area or the hydrological and meteorological data from nearby observation station.

5.1.3　For the mine where deposit draining or impervious curtain by grouting is adopted，industrial test report shall be provided.

5.1.4　The design of mine surface flood control project shall be based on the Geotechnical survey report.
