4　Alternative Designs

The vendor may offer the alternative designs in favor of relevant parties（purchaser/vendor）based on technical and commercial consideration.The alternative designs proposed by the vendor shall include detailed technical description，track records，and applicable standards and codes.The purchaser shall evaluate any alternative designs proposed by the vendor，and decide whether to adopt or not.
