8.3 Boiler Barrel
Ⅰ Dominant Items
8.3.1 The base of boiler barrel at the movable end must be reserved with the movement amount for thermal expansion of boiler barrel according to the requirement of the design technical document，and it shall be confirmed whether there is obstruction.

Inspection method:Observe and check with a ruler.
8.3.2 The hydrostatic test of boiler barrel shall meet the requirement of Article 8.2.4 of the Code.
Ⅱ General Items
8.3.3 The allowable deviation for installation of boiler barrel and base shall comply with the requirements in Table 8.3.3.
