8　Installation of Waste Heat Boiler（Vaporization Cooling Device）

8.1　General Requirements

8.1.1　This chapter shall be applicable to the quality acceptance for the installation of waste heat boiler of converter.

8.1.2　The waste heat boiler shall be installed according to both the requirement of this chapter and that of Safety Technical Supervision Code for Steam Boiler.

8.1.3　The waste heat boiler system shall be thermal insulated according to the requirement of the design technical document，and its heat-insulating layers shall be with uniform thickness，firmly bound and unexposed.
