4　Equipment and Material Mobilization

4.1　General Requirements

4.1.1　This chapter shall be applicable to the acceptance of equipment and material mobilization for installation of steel-making mechanical equipment.

4.1.2　In case of equipment handling and lifting，the lifting point shall be the position marked on the equipment or its packing case，and protective measures shall be taken to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to improper handling or lifting.

4.1.3　Prior to installation of equipment，it shall be subject to unpacking inspection with records accordingly.The equipment shall be protected after unpacking inspection and then timely installed.

4.1.4　After entering the site，the raw materials shall be stacked orderly according to their specifications and also protected from being damaged.
