4.4　Power Substation

4.4.1　Power substations shall be sited properly according to urban planning layout，load distribution and their construction conditions.

4.4.2　In densely loaded downtowns，power substations shall be located as close to load centers as possible.

4.4.3　Urban power substations shall be fed by a minimum of two power supplies.
