Helen:Hello, I'm calling to consult about the apartment you advertised.

Helen:I'm interested in a double-room apartment. Do you have any available?

Ella:Yes, I have one. When do you need it?

Helen:About next month. Tell me something about it?

Ella:Well, it's a double-room apartment. There are two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

Helen:Is there a courtyard?

Ella:No, it is on 5th floor. The monthly rent is 2500 Yuan, with 1000 security deposit.You pay electricity and gas only.Water is included.Both heating and cooking are with gas.That's probably it.
