We will promote high-quality development of manufacturing. We will strengthen our ability to support science and technology; establish a project formation mechanism oriented to enterprise technology needs; promote innovation on platforms such as unmanned aerial vehicles, rapid manufacturing, and ceramic-based composite materials;implement innovation and development projects in key industries such as integrated circuits, new displays, satellite applications and seed industries;nurture more "Hard & Core Technology"enterprises; strive to a 20% increase in the number of High Technology Expertise.
